Can you make a map of any location?

We can make you a map of pretty much anywhere - not just within New Zealand! Our map personaliser allows you to select any suburb, town, or city from any country in the world.

Do you include islands on the map?

Yes — most islands will appear on your map. We include all islands that are large enough to be accurately laser-cut. Very small islands can sometimes be too tiny or delicate for the laser to cut cleanly, so they may not appear. 

What sizes are the maps?

Each Wooden Map measures 28 × 35 cm (11 × 14 inches) or 31cm x 39cm including frame — the perfect size to display on a wall, shelf, or desk.

Do the maps come framed?

Yes! Every map comes professionally framed, ready to hang or gift straight away.

Can I choose any address for a custom map?

Absolutely. Just give us the address that’s meaningful to you, and we’ll design and engrave your map based on that location.

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch while we design, engrave, frame, and finish your map.
If you need it sooner, simply get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent orders.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE shipping, New Zealand wide!

Can I return a map?

Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns unless your map arrives damaged or defective.
If there’s an issue, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
